Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
